PLN Icon Plus is a subsidiary of PT PLN (Persero)

In 2000, PLN Icon Plus started its commercial activities with the Network Operation Center located in Gandul, Cinere. As a subsidiary of PT PLN (Persero), the establishment of PLN Icon Plus was focused on serving the needs of PT PLN (Persero) for telecommunications networks.

However, along with the industry's need for telecommunications networks with consistent levels of availability and reliability, PLN Icon Plus developed its business by distributing excess capacity of PT PLN (Persero)'s fiber optic electricity telecommunications network

in Java and Bali for public needs. PLN Icon Plus collaborates with various companies and institutions, especially those whose operational activities require extensive and reliable telecommunications networks.

Since 2008, PLN Icon Plus has consistently and gradually expanded telecommunications network connectivity to various remote areas in Indonesia by maximizing the utilization of PT PLN (Persero)'s electricity network rights, namely "Right of Ways" (RoW), which has coverage throughout Indonesia. This is done by the vision of "Becoming a Leading Provider of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Solutions in Indonesia Based on Networks Through the Utilization of Strategic Assets". PLN Icon Plus also consistently innovates products and services by prioritizing network quality and the latest technology.

The inauguration of the PLN subholding held by the Minister of SOEs on September 21, 2022, also marked the beginning of a new chapter for ICON+ as PLN Icon Plus. Holding the status of a PLN subholding, PLN Icon Plus no longer only acts as PLN's IT Enabler. Instead, it will be the spearhead of PLN in building business lines outside of electricity or Beyond kWh.

The formation of the Beyond kWh subholding changes the direction of PLN Icon Plus' business. From initially focusing on the connectivity business, it now consolidates all Beyond kWh initiatives in the PLN Group. PLN Icon Plus is also responsible for managing 3 business clusters, namely electricity, connectivity services, and PLN IT services.

PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure, Tbk ("TBIG") is the parent company of Tower Bersama Group. TBIG was established in 2004 and its shares have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since October 26, 2010. Tower Bersama Group is one of the largest independent tower companies in Indonesia. The Company's main business activity is renting tower space on sites as a place to install telecommunications equipment owned by tenants for signal transmission based on a long-term lease agreement scheme through Subsidiaries. The Company also provides access for telecommunications operators to the Company's repeater and IBS networks so that they can transmit telecommunications system networks in office buildings and shopping centers located in urban areas.

GHANA LINK NETWORK SERVICES LIMITED (GLNS) was incorporated as a private limited liability company under the laws of the Republic of Ghana on 5th June 2001.

Destination Inspection

It commenced operations as a Destination Inspection company on January 2nd 2003. It was one of the five destination inspection companies mandated by the Government of Ghana, specifically to perform customs destination inspection of imported goods from allocated geographical areas.

Ghana Link Network Services Ltd offered destination inspection services to the government of Ghana for a total of twelve (12) years, till August 2015.

ICUMS Flagship Project

On March 29th, 2018, the Government of Ghana, acting through the Ministry of Trade and Industry entered into an agreement with Ghana Link Services for the provision of a fully integrated trade facilitation and customs management system (ICUMS) for Ghana Revenue Authority – Customs Division.

The ICUMS System is the product of Customs UNI-PASS International Agency (CUPIA), a customs and business solution offered by the Korean Customs Service.

ICUMS is a total customs administration solution, customizable to fit any environment by integrating the know-how and experience accumulated throughout the history of its development.

Nexus Group was founded in 1994 by Mr Jaabar Abdullah Sani and Mdm Badariah Zainal Abidin. Having worked in the logistics and transportation industry in his younger years, Mr. Jaabar was equipped with fundamental knowledge of the industry and recognized the needs of clients and the gaps that could be filled.

From a humble beginning in a home office, the founders managed to secure contracts in Singapore from companies like Hilly, Unipel, and Marconi to name a few. Nexus thus began as a Singapore local transportation service delivering goods to retail giants like Robinsons, OG, and Sogo. In 1997, as business expanded, Nexus opened its first office in Changi Cargo Complex providing transportation services for forwarding companies. It proved to be the right move as three years later, Nexus was able to acquire its own warehouse space and began providing logistics services for forwarding companies. Sembawang Kimtrans, Famous Freight Express, Macnels, Airmark Freight, Logtrans and Savino were among those companies serviced by Nexus.

As their customer base grew, clients from outside of Singapore started pouring in. By the year 2005, Nexus launched its forwarding services specializing in door-to-door services to Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia. They began a partnership with a Malaysian company, Successline Sdn. Bhd under the Berjaya Group provides bonded truck services for companies like Cosway, Berjaya HVN, and UPS. Nexus Freight Express Sdn. Bhd. was set up in 2010 to accommodate the business in Malaysia, having its warehouse and bonded trucks providing door-to-door services between Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.

Finally, in the year 2014, PT Nexus Cargo Indonesia was set up in Jakarta providing door-to-door services. With bases in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, Nexus Group is now able to provide efficient, secure, and competitive pricing for its clients.
